This page applies only to the Feishi Wallpaper iOS/Android app. It does not apply to the WeChat Mini Program, which is governed by its own user agreement and privacy protection guidelines.
Feishi Wallpaper provides browsing, search, favorites, downloads, membership benefits, and display of AI-assisted generated content for high-definition wallpapers.
You must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules. You may not use the wallpapers in any way that is unlawful, infringing, or for commercial resale, or in any way that harms the platform's rights and interests.
You can sign in with a username and password, WeChat, Sign in with Apple, or one-tap phone number sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your account and device secure. You may not use your account for abnormal bulk downloading, attacks, or to bypass membership restrictions.
If we find that your account may be at security risk, we may ask you to verify your identity again or temporarily restrict some features.
On iOS, virtual membership benefits are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. On Android, they are purchased through WeChat Pay or Alipay. Membership benefits take effect once the order is paid successfully and confirmed by the server.
Yearly membership is an auto-renewing subscription. Your subscription renews automatically at the subscription price within 24 hours before the end of each billing period. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time in "Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions" (iOS); after you turn it off, billing stops when the current period ends. Lifetime membership and points are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.
If a payment succeeds but the benefits are not credited in time, you can refresh under "Me › Order Status", or use "Restore Purchases" to resync the benefits you have purchased. You can also keep your order number and contact us for help.
Wallpapers in the app are licensed to you only for decorating your personal devices and for your personal enjoyment. Without authorization, you may not scrape them in bulk, resell them, redistribute them with identifying marks removed, or use them to train other models.
AI-assisted generated content may have similar styles or semantic inaccuracies. We will keep improving our review and recommendation strategies.
AI-generated synthetic content is shown with explicit labels such as "AI Generated" on the page or around the image. Regular downloads keep the visible label by default, and implicit labels are written into the file metadata, including the generated-synthetic attribute, service identifier, and content traceability information. If you actively choose "Save without badge", you can obtain a file without the visible badge, but the implicit labels above are still kept.
The necessary audit record of each badge-free request is kept for at least six months. After you delete your account, the IP address in the download audit record is removed first, and only the records necessary for compliance auditing are kept; this does not mean they are completely anonymous, and the relevant records are deleted or anonymized once the retention period expires.
You may not maliciously delete, tamper with, forge, or conceal the labels above. When you publish or forward AI-generated synthetic content, you should continue to disclose it proactively and keep the labels in accordance with the applicable rules.
When you use AI to create and share wallpapers (user-generated content), you promise that you hold the legal rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe any third party's rights, including copyright, trademark, portrait, and privacy rights. You are solely responsible for any disputes and liabilities arising from the content you submit.
The platform has zero tolerance for objectionable content. Uploading or sharing pornographic, violent, gory, horrifying, discriminatory, harassing, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable content is prohibited. All user creations are publicly displayed only after machine review and human review.
You can report any wallpaper, or block a creator so that their work is no longer shown to you. We will handle violating content within 24 hours of receiving a report, and take action against violating users ranging from removing content and restricting features to banning the account.
We may update this agreement based on business needs, regulations, or platform review requirements. Significant changes will be communicated in a reasonable way in the app or on the store page.
