This page applies only to the Feishi Wallpaper iOS/Android app. It does not apply to the WeChat Mini Program, which is governed by its own user agreement and privacy protection guidelines.
When you sign in, favorite, download, buy a membership, or use one-tap sign-in with your phone number, Feishi Wallpaper collects the account identifier, device information, order status, and sign-in credentials that are necessary to provide the service.
When you sign in with WeChat, Sign in with Apple, or one-tap phone number sign-in, we only receive the necessary identity identifier returned by the third-party platform, and use it to create or link your Feishi Wallpaper account. Outside mainland China, you can also sign in with Google: the app obtains an ID Token issued by Google through the official Google Sign-In SDK. The token contains the unique identifier of your Google account and may also contain your email address, name, and profile picture. Our server only verifies the token and extracts and stores the unique identifier of your Google account, used to create or recognize your Feishi Wallpaper account; we do not store your email address, name, or profile picture. After obtaining the token, the app immediately signs out of the Google SDK and does not keep the Google token on your device.
The wallpapers shown in the app include hand-picked content and AI-assisted generated content. AI-assisted generated content is used for titles, tags, descriptions, and wallpaper display. It is not used to identify you personally.
Images you save to your photo library stay on your device. Unless you choose to upload them or send them as feedback, we do not read the contents of your photo library.
On iOS, membership purchases use Apple In-App Purchase. On Android, membership purchases use WeChat Pay or Alipay. We keep the order number, product type, payment channel, amount, and payment status in order to activate benefits, provide after-sales support, and reconcile accounts.
Sensitive information about your bank card, Apple ID, WeChat account, or Alipay account is handled by the relevant payment platform during payment. Feishi Wallpaper does not store your complete payment account information.
To provide the full functionality of the app, we may share with the following third-party services the minimum information necessary to deliver the service:
Google AdMob / User Messaging Platform (Google LLC): after you allow ads, these services provide app open and rewarded ads, privacy choices, performance measurement and fraud prevention. They may process IP addresses, device and app information, ad interactions and diagnostics. We pass only random ticket identifiers for reward verification, not your phone number, email address or real name. You can disable ads or manage ad privacy choices in About. Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy .
Tencent Marketing Union SDK (Tencent Ads, Shenzhen Tencent Computer Systems Co., Ltd.): offered only in the mainland China App Store and started only after you tap "Allow Ads" in the ad disclosure. It delivers app-open ads, ads after saving a wallpaper, ads in wallpaper lists and rewarded ads, and is used for attribution, performance measurement and fraud prevention. It may process device information (such as manufacturer, model and OS version), device identifiers (such as IDFV; we configure it not to read the IDFA), app information (bundle ID and version) and ad interactions (such as impressions and clicks); the shake-to-open interaction on app-open ads uses motion sensors such as the accelerometer and gyroscope only to detect the shake gesture. After a rewarded ad, Tencent's servers send us only a random ticket identifier to grant the reward, never your phone number, email address or real name. Feishi account and wallpaper business data is stored in China. With your permission, Google advertising services may process related advertising data outside China. When you sign in with Google, the ID Token is issued by Google (located outside mainland China); this feature is offered only outside mainland China.
When you save a wallpaper, the app asks for permission to add photos to your photo library. When you set a wallpaper, the app uses the system wallpaper capability. One-tap phone number sign-in uses the carrier authentication capability.
You can manage these permissions in system settings. If you turn a permission off, the related feature may not work properly.
You can delete your account at any time in the app under "Me › Delete Account". After deletion, your sign-in identity, favorites, and download records are cleared. Order and benefit ledger records are kept as an anonymous ledger, as required for compliance.
